Privacy policy

This policy describes how Pulsys handles information collected via the Pulsysproject website. Last updated: June 12, 2026.

1) Scope

Pulsys is free and open-source software released under the Apache-2.0 license. This policy applies only to this informational website. The software itself runs entirely in your own infrastructure: it sends us no telemetry and phones no home.

2) Information we process

  • Operational website data: standard server logs needed for security, availability, and abuse prevention.
  • Aggregate analytics data: if enabled, we use Plausible Analytics in cookieless mode to measure page usage trends. No personal profiles are built.

We do not run sales or contact forms here. Questions, bug reports, and feature requests are handled in the open onGitHub, where your contributions are governed by GitHub's own privacy practices.

3) Analytics (Plausible scaffold)

When configured, this site loads Plausible Analytics with a domain-scoped script. Plausible is designed to work without cookies and without storing raw IP addresses.

Analytics are disabled entirely when PUBLIC_PLAUSIBLE_DOMAIN is left unset in the build configuration.

4) How we use data

  • Keep the website secure and available.
  • Improve website clarity and information architecture using aggregate page metrics.

5) Data retention

Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operational purposes. Aggregate analytics contain no personal identifiers.

6) Your choices and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data associated with you. Because we collect no contact records here, in most cases there is nothing for us to hold.

7) Contact
